Pre-Orders FAQs

When will my Pre-Order ship?

• All Pre-ordered Collection I Hoodies will be shipped from March 6 - 12. Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery after shipping.

How will I know when my pre-order has shipped?

• We will send you an automatic email containing  your orders tracking information. This will be sent to the email address specified when placing the order. 

What if I want to order a pre-order item and items that are in stock as well?

• The entirety of your order will be held until the pre-order item is completed. All the items can ship together in one package. If you would like your in-stock purchases to ship separately, kindly place a separate order for the items which are in-stock.
